Job Mentor AI offers subscription plans with access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fee for your chosen plan. Credits from the subscription can only be used while the plan is active and will reset to the original amount upon renewal. Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
All subscriptions, including renewals are non-refundable. Once paid, no refunds will be issued. By subscribing, you accept this policy. We may update plans or pricing and will notify you at least one month before any changes. If you disagree with the new price, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Mentor AI will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruptions, personal injury, privacy breaches, negligence or any other financial or non-financial losses related to these Terms or your use of our Services. This applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
